Long Island Rail Road commuters on the Babylon branch had a list of complaints about the new schedule changes.
One rider told News 12's Danielle Campbell that she is getting home at least 20 minutes later in the evening.
She also says that commuters are standing in the aisles as the trains get closer to New York City.
The railroad took steps to fix problems from the rollout of its Grand Central Madison service.
Some of the changes involved adding rush hour trains to Brooklyn and additional train cars. Cars were also added to Penn Station from branches, including Port Washington, Babylon and Ronkonkoma.
The MTA says it has no further changes planned.
