Time Magazine is taking another shot at President Donald Trump with its just-released cover.

The cover shows the president standing over a hysterically crying 2-year-old girl from Honduras.

The caption reads "Welcome to America."

The image of the crying girl was taken as her mother was searched near the U.S.-Mexico border in McAllen, Texas. Officials say they floated across the Rio Grande River and were then sent to a detention center. It's unclear whether they were separated.
