Thunderbolt 12 is out on the roads monitoring road conditions following the storm.
There are both dry roads in Nassau County and some wet spots in Suffolk County reported.
In addition, there is some pooling of water on side roads in Center Moriches.
The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for parts of Suffolk County at 4 a.m., before quickly canceling it.
Storm Watch Team meteorologists say a waterspout may have briefly passed over Moriches Inlet by Cupsogue Beach before dissipating over the bay.
