Three Bay Shore High School students pleaded not guilty to charges of rape, robbery and sexual assault Tuesday. Police say Terrence Terrell, Reginald Dugue and Douglas Payton attacked a couple last December at the Bay Shore Marina. The trio is accused of pulling the couple out of their car at gunpoint and forcing them to strip naked. Police say one suspect held the male while the two other suspects sexually assaulted the female victim.
Prosecutors say they have written confessions from all three suspects. They each face 170 years in prison if convicted.
