A new paper published in the journal Nature Human Behaviour adds to mounting evidence that school-age children across the globe experienced significant setbacks in their learning progress during the pandemic.
The work analyzed data from 42 studies across 15 countries on learning progress during the pandemic.
It showed that children had about a 35% learning loss compared to a normal years.
