Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Sam Augeri says temps will climb to the 80s over the next few days but expect some showers for the weekend.
WHAT'S NEW: Very warm weather coming up for Friday with highs in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees. Clouds arrive Friday night with a slight chance of showers Saturday morning, most of the rain is south of Long Island. The rest of the weekend looks nice.
WHAT'S NEXT: Much of next week will be quiet with seasonable weather temperatures. There could be a few showers around mid-week, otherwise the dry pattern continues. OVERNIGHT: Mostly clear and mild with lows near 57. West wind 5-10 mph. Sunrise: 5:38
