Warmup expected to end the workweek with mostly clear conditions

Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Sam Augeri says warmer temperatures are on the way.
WHAT'S NEW: I'm adding the chance for showers to the forecast Saturday morning and removing the chance for showers on Sunday evening. Saturday afternoon through Sunday looks dry.
HAZE IN THE SKY FROM SMOKE: There's a wildfire in Western Canada with some smoke reaching us here on the East Coast. Sunset will be neat with some of the smoke around for a hazy look to the sky.
WHAT'S NEXT: Sunshine and warmer weather through the end of the week. 
OVERNIGHT: Mostly clear and cool with lows near 45. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph.
WEDNESDAY: Sunny and nice with highs near 68. Southwest winds 5 to 15 mph.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT: Mostly clear and mild with lows near 52. Southwest to west wind 5 to 10 mph.
Sunny and warmer with highs near 75. Lows near 56.
FRIDAY: Mostly sunny with highs near 75. Partly cloudy at night with a slight chance for showers by morning. Lows near 58.
SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy with the chance for morning showers then partly sunny in the afternoon. Highs near 74. Lows near 54.
SUNDAY: Partly sunny with highs near 70. Lows near 52.
