A Bayville teen caught on tape having a macaroni and cheese meltdown appeared in court today.
Last month, Luke Gatti unleashed a tirade at the University of Connecticut cafeteria.
Gatti is then seen on video pushing the manager when they refused to sell him mac and cheese because he was drunk.
The 19-year-old is no longer enrolled in the school.
Gatti filed the application for accelerated rehabilitation in court today.
Reports say if Gatti is accepted into the program for first-time offenders and meets required conditions, the charges against him could be dropped.
