A teenager has been charged in the shooting death of a 20-year-old man earlier this month in Millville.
Roshaud Rhett was killed on June 14.
The Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office announced Monday that a 16-year-old is facing four charges, including murder.
It was also announced that 19-year-old James Henry was detained. He is accused of returning fire during the shooting and is facing two charges.
