An 18-year-old boy is facing charges after Suffolk police caught him urinating on a police cruiser on Tuesday.

Police say he recorded the act on his cellphone when they responded to a hit-and-run crash on the Long Island Expressway.

He was charged with public lewdness and criminal tampering.
