Police are investigating a home invasion that took place overnight in Mount Sinai.
The incident happened just before 1 a.m. at a home on Canal Road.
Police say two men apparently armed and possibly wearing masks stormed into the home and stole cash and other stuff.
According to police, one person was home at the time, but no injuries were reported.
Police are searching for the suspects.
