Police are searching for the suspects behind two armed robberies in Nassau County.
Detectives say four employees were closing United Deli around 9:30 p.m. Thursday on West Seaman Avenue in Baldwin when two people forced the employees into the back at gunpoint. The duo took cash, but no one was hurt.
Then police say suspects with similar descriptions robbed Lees Garden Takeout in Lakeview about an hour later. Employees at the restaurant were also forced to hand over cash at gunpoint.
Police believe the two incidents might be connected.
