Suspected gang members sentenced to 40 years to life for fatal road rage shooting

Two suspected gang members convicted of killing a Plainview man after a road rage incident were sentenced Friday to 40 years to life in prison.
Douglas Coudrey and Kenneth Regan were found guilty last month of fatally shooting Justin Gottlieb outside of his parent’s home in 2020.
Authorities say the shooting occurred when the duo followed Gottlieb home following a road rage incident.
