The NYPD has released surveillance video in the search for the gunman behind a double homicide in Manhattan. 
Police say 29-year-old Francisco Mercedez, of the Bronx, was shot in the back at 151st Street and Broadway. A 21-year-old man also died after being shot in the neck. 
The suspect fled the scene in a white Nissan Altima with tinted windows. He's described as being Hispanic, and was wearing a short-sleeved hooded sweatshirt, a black T-shirt and camouflage shorts.
