News 12 Storm Watch Meteorologist Sam Augeri says high temperatures may not even reach 40 degrees on Thursday, but we’ll see sun and warmer conditions for Friday and the weekend.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
-Geminid Meteor Shower peaks Wednesday evening and we have great viewing conditions.
-Thursday is the coldest day of the week with wake-up temperatures in the 20s and daytime highs in the 30s. Wind chills in the teens early in the morning.
-SAM'S PICK OF THE WEEK: Friday for beautiful sunshine with light winds and highs near 50 degrees.
-The next storm will arrive late Sunday night into Monday morning. Right now the forecast calls for rain and gusty winds.
OVERNIGHT: Mostly clear, breezy, and cold. Lows near 26 with wind chills in the teens. Northwest wind 10 to 20 mph. Sunrise: 7:09
