WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- A dry trend begins that goes through the end of the work week.
- Overnight black ice is a concern.
- Nice sun-filled week ahead, ideal for outdoor activities as long one dresses warmly.
OVERNIGHT: Temperatures drop below freezing. With temperatures during the day that were great for melting snow, these low overnight temperatures could lead to prime conditions for black ice on the roads and icy sidewalks. It will be dry overnight and trending dry for the majority of the workweek.
MONDAY -- PRESIDENTS DAY: Sunny skies with a high of 41 low of 22.
TUESDAY: Sunny with a few clouds. Highs around 40, lows in the upper-20s.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny, highs in the low-40s, lows around 30.
THURSDAY: Partly cloudy with highs in the mid-40s, lows in the mid-30s.
FRIDAY: Tracking rain. Highs in the mid-40s, lows in the high-20s.
SATURDAY: Partly cloudy. Highs in the low-40s, lows in the high-20s.
SUNDAY: Mostly sunny. High in the low-40s, lows in the low-30s.
