WEATHER TO WATCH: Humid weekend for NYC, chance for rain Monday

NOW: Humidity, cloudy conditions rise tonight, with lows around 70.
NEXT: Potential rainfall from .50 to .75 of an inch late Sunday through Monday night. Drought conditions are still present in NYC for this weekend. 
Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Darryl Green says the weekend will be humid, and there's a chance of a steady rain for Monday. The ground is hard and dry and will not easily absorb a steady rain, which could lead to run-off and flooding.
There will be an air quality health advisory active for the Bronx and Brooklyn on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Tonight: Increasing clouds late, turning humid. Lows from the upper-60s to the mid-70s.
Saturday: Mostly sunny and humid. Very warm to hot, highs from the mid-80s to the low-90s.
Sunday: Partly to mostly cloudy. Slight chance of afternoon showers and storms, highs around the mid-80s. Chance of rain, storms continue through the evening and a patchy fog by morning.
Monday: Mostly cloudy, periods of rain and possible thunderstorms. Slight chance for thunderstorms at night. Highs from the mid-70s to the low-80s.
Tuesday: Mostly cloudy and with a chance of showers and possible thunderstorms. Highs from the low- to mid-80s.
Wednesday: Sun and clouds, slight chance of showers and possible thunderstorms. Highs from the mid to upper-80s.
