Suffolk police are asking for the public's help to find a missing Kings Park teen.

Rachel Nugent, 14, was last seen leaving her home Saturday at 6:45 a.m.

She was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants with a white stripe and white sneakers.

Nugent is Hispanic, 5 feet 1 inches tall and 145 pounds.

She has short black hair and braces.

Investigators believe she may have taken a train to New York City and traveled out of state.

Suffolk police say Nugent suffers from depression and may be suicidal.
