Suffolk police rescued two iguanas in Deer Park.
Officers responded to a call last Wednesday about a 3-foot iguana outside a home.
When they arrived, the iguana tried to get away, and that’s when police found a second iguana nearly twice the size of the other one.
One of the residents joined police and safely caught the reptiles.
The reptiles were taken to Jungle Bobs Reptile World in Selden.
