Two police officers saved an unresponsive newborn’s life inside a Centereach home on July 31, according to the Suffolk County Police Department.

Authorities say Kyle Radecki and Jared Gresh responded to a 911 report that a baby was not breathing after being delivered by its mother.

Upon arrival at the residence, the two performed CPR and delivered oxygen. The newborn then began to breathe and is now in good health.
