Suffolk Homicide Squad detectives say a 37-year-old man was fatally shot early Sunday morning in Wyandanch.
Detectives say a 911 call came in at around 1 a.m. reporting that a man had been shot at a house party.
Responding officers found Frederick Jackson in the backyard of a home on East Booker Avenue. He was taken to a hospital, where authorities say he was pronounced dead.
