The Suffolk County Legislature unanimously approved a bill to ban "disguised" vape products.
It aims to outlaw vape products that look like everyday items, including school supplies.
The bill proposes a $1,000 fine for stores caught selling the disguised items.
A spokesperson for Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone says he plans to sign the bill into law.
