A Wyandanch man was indicted Thursday for allegedly driving drunk during a crash that killed his brother.

Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney says 44-year-old Carlos Sanchez-Benitez was driving during the head-on collision on Long Island Avenue in July.

His 62-year-old brother was in the car and died as a result of the crash.

Two people in the other car suffered serious injuries.
