Students learn how to code, build products at Henry Viscardi School’s Robotics Day

The Henry Viscardi School in Albertson Friday took part in their first Robotics Day.

Students had the opportunity to learn how to code, as well as build and test products.

Superintendent Angelo Zegarelli says the day creates the “building blocks” for getting students ready for the future and how they can adapt utilizing different skills.

Students from Mineola High School’s Robotics Team were also on hand to assist with the launch.
