SHOWERS MOVE IN TONIGHT

We’re starting off on a pretty decent note today with partly sunny skies, but don’t get too used to the brighter look—clouds will steadily build in as we head into the afternoon. Temperatures will top out right around 60 degrees, so overall it’s mild, just a bit more subdued later in the day as the sun fades behind increasing cloud cover.

Tonight, the clouds stick around and thicken up, with scattered showers developing overnight. Those showers will carry right into the Thursday morning commute, so you may want the umbrella handy early on. Overnight lows will settle into the 40s, keeping things on the cool side but not overly chilly.

For Thursday, we’re dealing with a mostly cloudy start and a few lingering scattered showers, especially during the morning hours. As we head into the afternoon, conditions will gradually improve with some late-day breaks of sunshine trying to work back in. It will be noticeably cooler, though, with highs only reaching around 40 degrees.

Looking ahead, Friday shapes up to be the pick of the week—sunshine returns, it’ll be a bit breezy, and temperatures rebound nicely into the upper 50s. small threat of an afternoon passing shower. As we head into the weekend, Saturday brings a mix of partly sunny to mostly cloudy skies, chance of a passing shower with highs in the 50s. By Sunday, we’re back to brighter conditions with sunshine and just a few passing clouds, and temperatures once again in the upper 50s to wrap up the weekend on a pleasant note.
