A body was found off the Meadowbrook State Parkway.
State police say they found the body near Mullener Pond off the parkway in North Merrick.
The man was identified as 30-year-old Jhony Alvarado, of Hempstead.
State police are now investigating but say there does not appear to be any foul play.
