133ds agoMale human remains were found at Sunken Meadow State Park Monday afternoon, according to state police.
New York State Police and New York State Park Police were called to the park in Smithtown following a report around 1 p.m.
Further information on the remains is pending examination by the Suffolk County Medical Examiner’s office.
State police are asking any witnesses or anyone with information to call 631-756-3300.
