30ds agoBabylon teacher Timothy Harrison is expected to be arraigned on a grand jury indictment in Riverhead on Wednesday, sources tell News 12.
Harrison was arrested after police say an investigation revealed he had a sexual relationship with a student in 2013 when the student was only 15.
Harrison pleaded not guilty, and has been removed from the school.
It's not clear if he will face any additional charges.
News 12 crews will be at court for the arraignment.
