News 12 heads to Thomaston, the quaint, small town in Connecticut making some "Insta-worthy" moments for visitors.
Thomaston was made famous by Seth Thomas when he came to manufacture his clocks, and even helping to make it an important stop along the Naugatuck Railroad.
The Naugatuck Railroad was built in the 1840s between Bridgeport and Winstead, and at the time, the train was the greatest and newest thing.
As a holiday event, the town hosts Northern Lights Limited, which is an evening train, and the Santa Express.
Over at the Clocktown Brewing Company is where the original Thomas Clock Factory Building was, making the building over 100 years old.
All beers are brewed at the site along with a custom woodfired pizza oven and a full kitchen for meals and fun times.
From recreational activities at the Litchfield County Axe House to picking up sweets at Cutie Pies, Thomaston has a lot to offer for a small town.
Thomaston will be hosting its 26th annual "Light up Thomaston" event on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
