New York's latest incentive for getting vaccinated opens up to a younger crowd Thursday.
The state is raffling off 50 full scholarships to any public college in New York. Anyone aged 12-17 who gets the shot from now through July 7 will be entered into the raffle.
The winners receive full college tuition, including room and board, books and supplies.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo says they will be announcing ten winners every Wednesday.
Other incentives have included free train passes and scratch-off tickets with prizes up to $5 million.
