The Sachem School district has decided to re-open a middle school following a letter from the superintendent. The superintendent says the district will be re-opening Sequoya Middle School next July. It was one of three schools the district closed back in 2015 due to a multi-million-dollar budget gap. The superintendent says the decision was planned.
