Staff, students and guests will have to go through security checks starting Monday at the John F. Kennedy High School in Paterson.

News 12 was told three guns were found on the school campus on Friday, following a fight.

An 18-year-old faces sentencing for carrying a loaded handgun onto school property.

Three other students--ages 14, 15 and 17--also face weapons charges.
