New York's two senators are pushing the federal government to speed up its investigation into Superstorm Sandy flood claims.
Sens. Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand want to know how long it's going to take.
More than 144,000 claims were filed after the storm, and almost 1,700 have turned into lawsuits.
The Department of Homeland Security is looking into the National Flood Insurance Program over allegations of mismanagement, fraud and poor oversight.
