School worker from Cedarhurst arrested, accused of inappropriately touching Lawrence High School student

A school worker from Cedarhurst was arrested and accused of inappropriately touching a Lawrence High School student.

Nassau police say they responded to a call for an incident at the high school, located on 2 Reilly Road at 1 p.m.

Constantine Theodosiou, 58, was arrested and charged with forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual abuse.

The Lawrence Union Free School District sent out a message to parents alerting them that an incident had occurred on school grounds between a substitute teacher, alleged to have acted inappropriately with a student and had contacted law enforcement immediately.

Theodosiou will be arraigned on Wednesday, Feb, 11, 2026 at First District Court in Hempstead.
