Harborfields High School senior Kate Lysaght is a two-time captain for the field hockey team.

She is also helping to grow flag football for female students on Long Island and is starting quarterback for the Tornadoes.

Lysaght is also a three-time all-county flute player and has a 95 unweighted GPA.
