Phase 3 of Long Island is set to begin Wednesday, and Sayville businesses are prepping to finally be able to see customers in person again.
At Parlor House Grill, tables have been set 6 feet apart and the restaurant is only allowed to have 50% capacity indoors.
Anthony Deliamitros, of Parlor House Grill, says not only will social distancing be enforced but the restaurant has also set up two hand sanitizer stations and will have employees wear masks and gloves.
Nail salons and other personal care establishments are also set to open, but masks must be worn at all times and social distancing is key.
Michelle Flecken, from Island Salt and Spa, has installed Plexiglas panels over massage tables and a UV filter in the building's heating and air conditioning system.
She says customers who enter the spa must sanitize, wear a mask, get their temperature taken and even have foot booties to keep everyone safe.
