An adorable baby racoon has been rescued by two Rye police officers.

It was found on a sidewalk and was struggling to move.

The two officers then took him to the Cottontail Cottage Wildlife Rehab Center for care.

The experts at that facility say they are taking good care of him, and named him Chrysanthemum, or "Chris" for short.
