Port Authority: 15 injured in bus crash along Van Wyck Expressway exiting JFK airport

According to the Port Authority, police responded to an accident at 5:20 a.m. on the northbound Van Wyck Expressway near exit A involving a Delta Airlines bus and a car, contracted by American Airlines.

Port Authority confirms multiple people were injured in a bus crash at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
According to Port Authority, police responded to an accident at 5:20 a.m. on the northbound Van Wyck Expressway near Exit A involving a Delta Airlines bus and a car contracted by American Airlines.
There was a total of 15 injuries, officials say. One person suffered a serious injury, and 14 others suffered minor injuries.
The northbound Van Wyck lanes are now reopened.
