You can now get recreational marijuana delivered almost anywhere in the Hudson Valley. 

Two cannabis delivery services just launched over the weekend. 

Purple Owl Dispensary and Delivery is accepting orders for delivery anywhere in Westchester County. Big Gas Cannabis, located in Orange County, is delivering to all of Orange and Rockland counties, as well as parts of Dutchess and Ulster counties. 

In the coming months, both Purple Owl and Big Gas Dispensaries also hope to open dispensaries for in-person sales. 

Meanwhile, in Waywayanda, Orange County Cannabis Dispensary Company just celebrated their soft opening for in-store sales. 

Their grand opening is Friday, Dec. 5. They hope to start delivery by March. 

All three companies were forced to freeze their operations for four months, while the lawsuit over New York state's social justice licensing system played out. That lawsuit has since been resolved.
