Dozens of protesters arrived in Shirley on Saturday to rally for the reopening of New York state amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
They gathered on William Floyd Parkway near Montauk Highway with signs during the afternoon.
Suffolk police were also there handing out masks.
Another "reopen" rally was held in Mineola. Protesters stood on the corner of Franklin Avenue in front of the Legislative building, holding signs and calling for New York's PAUSE order to end.
