Federal prosecutors say an MS-13 gang member pleaded guilty to the murders of four men in 2017.

Edwin Rodriguez confessed to helping kill the victims who were hacked to death with machetes in Central Islip.

News 12 is told Rodriguez fled to El Salvador where he was arrested in 2019 and then extradited back to the United States in 2022.

He faces life in prison when sentenced in September.
