Collazo is accused of striking a pedestrian with his motorcycle near Bergenline Avenue and 57th Street on Aug. 17. He and another man took off from the scene, according to the Hudson County Prosecutor’s office.

Officials say a second man involved in the crash, 20-year-old Rylan Cook-Figueroa, was previously charged with endangering an injured victim.
The victim was identified as 54-year-old Angel Guzman-Morales, who died on Aug. 24 from his injuries.
