Suspected Gilgo Beach killer Rex Heuermann has been charged with murdering two more women – Sandra Costilla and Jessica Taylor. It brings the total number of women he's accused of killing to six.

Rich Barrabi spoke with Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney about the new charges and the latest in the investigation.

Also, Republicans know who will face Rep. Tom Suozzi in New York's 3rd District in the fall – former Assemblyman Michael Lipetri. He will not face a GOP primary. The state Board of Elections kicked off four other candidates who were hoping to compete in a Republican primary, determining they submitted invalid signatures on their candidacy petitions. Lipetri laid out his plans for Nassau County.
