Nassau Executive Bruce Blakeman is set to deliver his State of the County address this week. He will do so as he continues to juggle his current role while also running for governor.

A new Siena poll shows Gov. Kathy Hochul is still leading her Republican challenger in the gubernatorial race. The gap is a bit smaller. The poll says Blakeman is trailing by 20 points - compared to 26 points in January.

Also, she's the first Jewish City Council speaker in New York history, taking the gavel at a time when many in the Jewish community feel unsafe in their own neighborhoods.
