Brian O’Hara, the city's chief of police with deep New Jersey roots, joined Eric Landskroner to talk about the tension on the streets.

O’Hara addressed the vitriol shown toward ICE by protesters since Operation Metro Surge began in the city and how the unrest has taken a big toll on his police officers.

Also, the race to fill Gov. Mikie Sherrill's vacant House seat will be centerstage this coming week. The special primary election for the 11th Congressional District is this coming Thursday.

Ben Dworkin, director of the Rowan Institute for Public Policy and Citizenship at Rowan University, joined the show to breakdown what is at stake in the very crowded field of candidates.
