A power outage at Jones Beach State Park has cancelled the Magic of Lights.

PSEG Long Island says the power went out around 2:50 p.m. on Monday and have crews on site.

Power to Jones Beach was restored at 8 p.m., it was caused by an underground fault that was damaged.

PSEG says the cause for the damage is currently under investigation.

Northwell at Jones Beach Theater said that due to the power issues they would not be able to host Magic of Lights at Jones Beach tonight.
