A West Babylon man is accused of selling drugs that resulted in a deadly overdose.
Police say 26-year-old Derrick Donkor sold "a substance believed to be heroin" that led to the death of a Nassau County resident.
Donkor was arrested as police investigated the overdose death in Wantagh late yesterday afternoon.
