Tools and equipment were stolen out of multiple trucks at a complex in Bohemia, police say.
Exclusive security footage shows two men taking equipment off the back of one truck at around 2 a.m. on Feb. 24.
"Everything was gone, they took everything," says owner of FMF Construction Frank Facompre. "Screwdrivers, tools, my foreman's tools. Everything... Not just my stuff gone, but guys that work for me. Their personal stuff is gone. That means a lot to a guy."
Michael Sagginario, an owner at Sayville Electric, which is also located in the complex, was already robbed earlier this year.
"It hits you right in the gut because it's your livelihood and now you are worried about your employees' tools," Sagginario says.
Both men are now wondering if it will happen again, and if it will put their business at risk.
The video of the break-ins is being looked at by detectives.
