Detectives say thieves used a crowbar to smash the front door of a Cedarhurst pharmacy early Wednesday.

News 12 is told it happened at Grand Central Pharmacy on Central Avenue at around 5:15 a.m.

Police say the suspect took medication, but did not specify what kind.
