a 19-year-old was shot in Wyandanch on Thursday night.
The
incident happened on South 36th Street around 8:30 p.m.
Police say the teen, from West Islip, was shot in his car
and the bullet struck his neck.
The teen
was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
There is no word yet on what lead up to the shooting.
